Monday 30th April RHIC - slow

BGRR to RHIC loop 3.6 miles very slow! Great weather 71F. Legs a bit sore from yesterdays run. Great weather .SDS.

Sunday 29th April Run As One JP Morgan TGL Classic Central Park

Sunday April 29th 2007, 4miles Central park route road, SDS only 29mins. Overcast conditions small amount of drizzle. Very busy 1st mile (too many people for the allocated running area) but steady 2nd and 3rd miles. Final mile was a little slower than should have been. Early 8.30 start very harsh. Overall excellent run. Few small hills on both sides of the park.

26th April Backdate - Southgate

Group run with Ingo, Imke, Percy, Eric and SDS. 5.8miles overcast. Steady run. South gate and Apt area.

25th April Backdate

3.2 miles RHIC, evening run. Raining like crazy but still was steady paced. SDS only.

23rd April Backdate

Backwood BNL - east of RHIC to observatory and back ~4miles. Slow and steady. SDS only

22nd April Backdate

BGRR --> Southgate BNL. ~4miles SDS steady pace. Beautiful weather.. summer is here!!

21st April Backdate

Beach run - Shirley Mastic FireIsland. 5miles. Very slow. SDS only.

18th April Backdate

RHIC 3.2 miles run evening. Very slow.

Long winter hibernation is over and the usual suspects are coming out of the woodworks. Few runs over the months of Jan - March but nothing consistent. April started with a regular run. Randy Smith suffering from back strain. SDS firing on all guns.
