10pm run 4.7miles. SDS only. Very hot but nice breeze. Some soreness in the lower back.

BNL apt area to south gate. 3.7miles. Sprained back on the weekend.. still very sore - SDS. Randy ran also tested out heart rate monitor!

Port Jefferson 6miles

Evening run 8.30pm. Started to rain but was very hot towards the end. Overheated towards the end. SDS only.

Rocky Point High - Home 4mile

10pm run. Weather was nice and cool lots of street lighting.. plus the odd hooligan on the road! SDS only.
